OVERVIEW

For NYFW FW26, 3rd Space Productions led creative direction and production leadership for designer Veejay Floresca.

Delivered within a tightly timed NYFW schedule, requiring disciplined coordination across stakeholders, technical teams, and live show cues.

Presented within the official CFDA calendar, the show marked a pivotal moment in the designer’s U.S. trajectory — attended by senior industry leadership, editors, and national broadcast media.

The production was built around precision.

The objective was clarity.

PRODUCTION ARCHITECTURE

The presentation was structured as a spatial system.

Visual architecture informed the lighting strategy.
Natural exposure was calibrated for tone, direction, and depth.

Scenography relied on restraint rather than density.
Form carried the narrative.

Backstage operated as a centralized field — zoned with intention to support a 40+ model cast without visual noise.

Every movement had placement.
Every interval had authorship.

EXECUTION DESIGN

41 looks moved in continuous release.

Intervals were calibrated to preserve silhouette integrity and pacing — allowing each garment to hold frame before transition.

The full sequence — individual walks, procession, and final tableau — was rehearsed and resolved before doors opened.

Cueing directed progression from first exit through final formation.

The room followed the structure.

SPATIAL FORMATION

The runway moved through an open rectangular path — entering along the central axis for primary media capture before extending along the perimeter.

Guests remained standing along both sides, creating proximity without dilution of composition.

The closing tableau resolved into a layered formation:
a circular inner core,
a seven-foot circulation band,
and a curved outer arc aligned with the architectural edge.

The formation functioned as circulation — movement without loss of structure.

Walk direction responded to the room’s glazing, maintaining light continuity throughout the presentation window.

STRATEGIC POSITIONING

The solution was architectural.

The show opened as runway.
Movement recalibrated into procession.
The sequence resolved in grand tableau.

Restraint clarified the visual field.
Structure guided attention.

The environment did not compete with the garment.
It framed it.

OUTCOME

The presentation executed in full sequence across multiple cycles.

Silhouette, depth, and narrative clarity were preserved throughout.

Media capture remained editorial.
Guest experience remained immersive.

Creative and production operated as one system.
